  • Mai Tai

    A strong blend of white and dark rum enhanced by Cointreau, almond syrup and fresh lime juice.
  • El Presidente

    A perfect mix of Rum, Noilly Prat vermouth, Cointreau and a dash of Grenadine.
  • The Millionaire

    A seductive mix of sloe gin, apricot brandy, fresh lime juice, Rum and a hint of Grenadine.

Classic Bourbon

    Created in 1874, and one for all lovers of American whiskey. Aged bourbon stirred with fine Italian or French vermouth and served dry, sweet or perfect.
  • Old Fashioned

    A large measure of aged bourbon or rye, slowly stirred over ice with bitters, sugar and orange zest to intensify the flavour.
  • New York Sour

    Bourbon, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup, Egg White & Red Wine.
  • Brown Derby

    This classic imbibe made famous at The Vendome Club in thirties Hollywood. At CellarDoor we mix it: two parts bourbon, one part freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and half part honey to create the perfect bittersweet cocktail.

    Bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Montenegro & Lemon Juice.

  • Rob Roy

    This beautifully balanced classic was invented just over the road at the Savoy. Originally a twist on the popular Manhattan cocktail, mixed with finest scotch, Italian sweet vermouth, and a whisper of bitters.
  • Blood & Sand

    A perfect mix of Scotch, Cherry Heering Liqueur, Orange Juice and Italian Sweet Vermouth.

  • Japanese

  • Negroni

    A great, dry pre-dinner classic with equal measures of Gin and sweet Italian vermouth dried out with Campari.
  • Corpse Reviver No 2

    Adapted from the 1930s Savoy cocktail book, where Harry Craddock says of this drink. “Four of this taken in swift succession will unrevived the corpse again”. Mixing equal parts of gin, lemon juice, Cointreau and Lillet Blanc. Rinse with a hint of Absinthe.
  • Margarita

    A big hit of Tequila followed by a premium orange liqueur all soured with freshly squeezed lime juice. Try a Tommy’s Margarita, replacing Cointreau for agave syrup.
  • Pisco Sour

    South American classic has fairly foggy origins as several claim to have been its creator. The most believable tale is that it was created in Lima’s popular, wood panelled Morris Bar back in the early 20th century. Mixing Pisco, lemon juice, egg white, sugar and bitters.
  • Charlie Chaplin

    The Charlie Chaplin is a bit of a forgotten classic cocktail, which was invented in New York’s Waldorf Astoria Hotel in 1920. With an equal mix of Apricot Brandy, Sloe Gin & Lime Juice.
  • The Sazerac

    By 1850, the Sazerac cocktail, made with Sazerac French brandy and Peychaud’s bitters, was immensely popular, and became the first “branded” cocktail. In 1873, the recipe for the Sazerac cocktail was altered to replace the French brandy with American rye whiskey.
  • The Last Word

    Equal parts gin, green chartreuse, maraschino liqueur, and fresh lime juice, this is an old-fashioned cocktail that feels awfully modern. Its equally-portioned ingredients make for easy scaling: mix up a triple or quadruple batch to serve several drinkers at once.
